We woke up to a delightful breakfast that felt like a hug for our taste buds! The staff was incredibly warm and made our stay memorable, especially Mujeeb from the concierge team.

However, the panic from a fire alarm at 4 AM overshadowed the experience slightly. The night manager's rude response was disheartening during such a tense moment.

The atmosphere at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai is exquisite. My room, the Deluxe King Room, had stunning views and was impeccably clean. The service? Top-notch! Ahmad, one of the staff members, was incredibly attentive during breakfast. Each morning, I enjoyed a fantastic selection of delicious options. The Cigar Bar caught my attention as well—it had a classy vibe, and Miss Yu and Miss Anna were exceptional at making my experience memorable with their excellent service. I appreciated my early check-in, thanks to Miss Pamela’s charming assistance. Not everything was perfect, though. I found the layout of the reception a bit confusing, which took me a moment to navigate. Also, there wasn’t much space next to the bed for the travel cot, making it a bit challenging. Still, the hotel really knows how to make an occasion special. they celebrated my son's birthday with lovely surprises upon our arrival. A beautiful hotel with some minor room for improvement stays the course.

From the moment I stepped into my stunning Corner King Room Skyline View, I was captivated! The decor felt incredibly chic, and I couldn’t get enough of the panoramic skyline view that made every moment Instagram-worthy. Plus, the rooftop pool was an absolute dream with views that took my breath away while I lounged under the sun!
